Rhuggenaath spoke with oil giant Aramco about refinery

WILLEMSTAD - Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath spoke during a two-day business trip to Washington last week with representatives of oil giant Aramco about the Curacao refinery.

According to Rhuggenaath, the refinery is priority number 1 for Curaçao, since the employment of thousands of people is at stake. He emphasizes that there is interest, but also indicates that there is no deal yet.

The Premier did not want to comment any further on the matter so not to jeopardize the process.
