According to LB Construction, Robben, the director of Ritz Residence Exploitatie B.V., uses incorrect information and spreads falsehoods in various media.

Also, the position that Ritz has a claim on LB Constructie B.V. is patently incorrect. All made up by the director of Ritz, who is known for spreading nonsensical stories. LB Construction asks if Ritz does not agree with the lien, why don't they initiate proceedings to lift it? Why are our bills not paid? And if Ritz really has a claim for the made-up amount, why don't they claim it in a lawsuit?

The facts speak: LB Constructie has a claim on Ritz; that is also acknowledged by the Ritz in their own article. For that reason, LB Constructie invoked the right of retention. Ritz should be concerned with paying the outstanding bills instead of this kind of rabble rousing, calling creditors and listing email addresses.
