WILLEMSTAD - RDK Fuel Farms bv. was founded as a subsidiary of Refineria di Kòrsou (RdK), the owner of the refinery installations. This is reported by the Trade Register.

RdK wants to make a new start with the Isla staff and employees of Curaçao Refinery Utilities (CRU) who are still employed. Farms focuses on acquiring, managing, maintaining, developing, and operating multiple Fuel Farms and connected facilities. The company has to think about fuel storage facilities.

RdK Fuel Farms does not yet have the required permit. The relaunch is therefore done with Curaçao Refinery Utilities. CRU is also a subsidiary of RdK. This company was set up in 2020 to hire the former staff of Refineria Isla Curaçao and some of the employees.
