WILLEMSTAD - The Precario office in Sambil will open on Thursday. People who want to get a spot along the carnival route can make an application at the office. The office in Sambil can only be visited by appointment. People who rented a piece of land during the last carnival celebration will automatically receive an email for registration. Carnival celebrants who violated the rules in 2020 will not receive an email. These are people who have not cleared their scaffolding in time. In addition, a few permanent places are not available due to construction activities.
