WILLEMSTAD - The 20-year-old Xiomar Girigori Remigio Winklaar, better known as Taito, has still not been arrested.

He is suspected of being involved in the second murder of this year on January 6 in Seru Fortuna. That is when 29-year-old Rudolph Evertsz was shot dead.

Taito lives on the Kaya Meteorologiko but didn't return to his house after the shooting. The police ask for tips but warn not to approach him.

Taito may be armed and does not hesitate to shoot.
