Pisas meets with Interpol Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD - Premier and Minister of Justice Gilmar 'Pik' Pisas held a meeting on Thursday with the NAPB police union and Interpol Curaçao. The legal position of Interpol has been discussed.

The prime minister was approached for the conversation by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Justice, Desiree Lai Promes. On behalf of the police association, chairman Thai Isidora-Lo-A-Joe, board member Maikel Stokkel and advisor Ronaldo Abrahams were present. Prisco Francisca, director of Interpol Curaçao, also participated in the meeting.

According to the communications department of the government, the meeting went into a good atmosphere and the attendees were given all the opportunity to voice their opinion about what should happen with Interpol Curaçao.
