WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao's Permit Desk, better known as Lokèt di Pèrmit, has taken a new step towards digitization with the launch of the 'e-CuraCase' system in June 2023. From November 1, 2023, applications for government documents such as the Certificate of Conduct and various economic permits can only be submitted digitally, no longer via email.
This can be done through the website loketdigital.gobiernu.cw. For personal documents such as passports, identity cards, and driver's licenses, as well as for appointments with Domain Management and vehicle inspections, the desk refers to sita.gobiernu.cw and sitaautokeuring.gobiernu.cw, respectively. The desk emphasizes the convenience of the online service, now available from home or the office.
Support The Lokèt di Pèrmit is ready to support citizens during this transition to online services, providing assistance through various communication channels such as a call center, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. For events, work permits, and school transport cards, personal submission at the office at Saliña 127 remains required.
