WILLEMSTAD - Roberto Pellicano was not heard by the judge yesterday. According to former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte, Pellicano’s testimony would show that he should never have been prosecuted.

The Italian public prosecutor is said to be present via video connection, but that did not work. A commission of inquiry is now going to Milan to hear him. Parties can submit their questions to the committee.
