WILLEMSTAD - Opposition parties MFK and Kòrsou di Nos Tur started last weekend with a signature campaign. This is intended to protest against the rise in the cost of living, electricity, water and gasoline.
It is also intended to support the 15,000 unemployed on the island. With the action, the parties want to prevent the government from closing the refinery. But they also want to start a parliamentary inquiry about the new hospital and stop the national consensus laws, as previously passed by the entire parliament in a motion.
