WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Governance, Planning, and Public Services will inaugurate the “Loket di Komunidat,” a new office located in Sambil. This is a pilot project with the slogan “Together we are here to serve YOU.”
The Loket di Komunidat (LdK) is a new government organization aimed at centralizing services, information, and products from the Government of Curaçao. Under one roof, it will assist and facilitate citizens, preventing them from having to visit different locations to handle their affairs. Clients can make an appointment online, visit Sambil, and receive the necessary assistance in a quick and efficient manner. Additionally, employees can take requests along with service payments, either online or via swipe, and register the request through the e-CuraCase system. The relevant department will then process the request and send the requested product to Sambil for pickup on the agreed date.
This pilot project will include services from the Permit Office and Public Affairs Office (Kranshi) under one roof. Since it's a pilot, only a few products from these two organizations will be offered.

Starting Thursday, October 3, visitors can request information and submit applications for services such as:
Extracts from Kranshi (Registry Office)
Certificates of Good Conduct
Fixed Stand Permits and Mobile Stand Permits
Loket di Komunidat will be located at Unit L-21 in Sambil (Cas Abou entrance).
