WILLEMSTAD - The Public Prosecution (OM) is willing to risk the life of Burney "Nini" Fonseca to get lottery boss Robbie dos Santos behind bars. This is according to Do Santos’lawyer, Eldon Sulvaran in a recent statement to the press.

The RST Criminal Investigation Team would have threatened to transfer Fonseca, who was sentenced for his involvement in the murder of the Member of Parliament and politician, Helmin Wiels, from Vught, the Netherlands.  to the Curaçao prison SDKK if he did not testify against the lottery boss.

Dos Santos is now in custody on suspicion of financing the murder of Helmin Wiels.
