Not everyone is home yet

WILLEMSTAD - According to Minister Zita Jesus-Leito of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning, there is still a large group of Curaçaoans abroad who want to return.

This mainly concerns Curaçaoans who are stranded in the Netherlands. The government has contact with a large part of them, the minister says. Also yesterday an airplane with residents arrived on Curaçao.

This time it was a Jetair plane from the Dominican Republic. Residents from the Netherlands returned on Tuesday. In total, 300 residents would have returned this week alone.
