WILLEMSTAD - There are not enough infusions in the hospital anymore. That was announced by the chairman of the association of medical specialists Alexander Saleh.
Earlier, the hospital board announced that it would stop all non-acute operations due to lack of funds, but according to Saleh, the money problems continue.
Because suppliers have not been paid (on time) in the past, the delivery of some medicines has stopped and there are currently not enough infusions ready. There are patients who have to wait a week or more for treatment.
