WILLEMSTAD - There are currently no patients with Covid-19 in the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC). This is apparent from the weekly figures from the Ministry of Health, Environment and Nature (GMN).  

On August 29, the ministry reported that one corona patient was in the hospital. The patient was in the regular corona ward. It is the first time since the start of the pandemic that there are no patients with corona in the CMC. 

No people have died from the effects of the virus in the past week. Sixteen new infections were registered. Twenty people were allowed out of isolation again. In total, the ministry reports thirty active cases. Since 1 June, not everyone with complaints has been tested anymore. In addition, self-tests are not recorded. A total of 272 tests were administered.
