WILLEMSTAD - All trùk’i pan (BBQ stands) with a fixed location must comply with their permits from 15 December. That is exactly one year after the Ministry of Economic Development decided to work with new guidelines.

Mobile trùk’i pan do not have to adhere to the catering rules. Fixed trùk’i pan, they have to pay rent or ground lease and have permission to stand somewhere. A building and restaurant permit are also required.
