WILLEMSTAD - Helmoed Wierda will be the new team chief of the RST. Wierda was until now deputy police chief in Rotterdam.

The Criminal Investigation Team investigates serious and organized crime on our islands. Wierda will lead a team of around 120 people, most of whom are on Curacao.
