WILLEMSTAD - According to the Council for Law Enforcement, the National Criminal Investigation Department needs more staff.

In total, about 30 people are needed to handle the amount of work, currently there are 17. According to the Law Enforcement Council, it is not only about the number of people, but also what they have to offer in terms of knowledge.

Among other things, there is a great need for employees with knowledge of digital, financial or tax crimes.
