ORANJESTAD - No fewer than 57 interested parties have registered with Refineria di Aruba (RdA) to take over the operations of the refinery.

In addition, 44 companies want to use part of the large site for other types of projects.

Managing director Rennie Arends and notary public Chamila Tromp opened the entrants' digital drop boxes on Friday afternoon. In the coming weeks, all documents will be analyzed to shortlist the best offers, from which the final choice will then be made.
