WILLEMSTAD - The leadership of the Movementu Futuro Kòrsou (MFK) has taken note of a statement in Parliament regarding the use of prohibited substances during a work trip by some Members of Parliament. 

In the past, such accusations have also been brought forward in Parliament, and on two occasions in the past, the MFK leadership instructed its Members of Parliament to undergo a drug test. 

The results of these two tests for all members who were part of the MFK faction at that time came out negative, and the results were made public. 

Continuing with consistency in our management as a political organization, the MFK leadership instructed all its Ministers and Parliamentarians to present themselves for drug testing at the laboratory on Thursday, March 28. 

Once the results are ready, MFK will publish them. 

It is important for every political organization represented in the Council of Ministers or in Parliament to undergo this test to show the people of Curaçao that their Ministers and Parliamentarians are "Drug-Free".
