WILLEMSTAD - Recently the summary proceedings of the medical specialists were filed against the government. In the coming year, doctors who are 65 will have to retire.

These medical specialists will no longer receive compensation from the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). The specialists then depend on temporary replacing other doctors or private patients. And a practice cannot survive on only this.

12 of them will already have to deal with this austerity measure from the government on January 1 of next year.
