WILLEMSTAD - Head of the Curaçao Meteorological Services (Meteo), Albert Martis has been nominated for a nice new position. Namely vice president of the World Meteorological Service.

This week the new functions will be appointed in Switzerland where all the heads of the meteos are present at a conference worldwide. Martis is doing well with his colleagues.

If he is chosen, he will also remain the head of the Meteo in Curaçao.
