WILLEMSTAD - A 31-year-old man mistreated his partner with a razor blade and then fled with his car. That happened yesterday afternoon in the Kaya Malwa in the Kustbatterij area.

Shortly thereafter, the man crashed into a wall and was himself injured. Both were admitted to the hospital, the condition of the woman was critical. The man has since been arrested; it is not clear why he attacked his wife.
