WILLEMSTAD - In this way we would like to explain the following about the incident last night at the entrance of Madero Ocean Club, in which there was a fatality. Our thoughts go out to the victim and his family. 

Last night Madero Ocean Club closed - due to the rain - around 1:00 am. The adjacent Club Live 973 was open and about 1:30 am a discussion broke out between security personnel and a tourist from Ecuador. 

The incident is currently under investigation and we will await the results of the police investigation. Out of respect for the victim, we have decided not to organize any events on Friday and Sunday.
