WILLEMSTAD - There are long waiting times at the vehicle inspection hall due to staff shortage, illness and the holiday period. The Ministry of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning (VVRP) asks people to take this into account when registering or transferring a car.  

The inspection hall reminds people that it is not allowed to come for an inspection with a full car. To avoid crowds, only the driver is allowed to sit in the vehicle. Also, access to the site is only granted to people with an appointment.  

The ministry will announce this as soon as the situation returns to normal. The inspection hall asks people for understanding and patience.
