WILLEMSTAD - In the summary proceeding on Friday, March 15, 2019, the Court of First Instance of Curaçao lifted the seizure that was imposed in February 2019 on oil tanker "Icaro".

The judge ruled that there is no ground to old Venfleet Corporation (the owner of the Icaro) and Refineria Isla B.V. liable for the debts of their sister company PdV Marina S.A. Therefore, Venfleet and Isla cannot be held responsible for those debts.
