WILLEMSTAD - KPMG Meijburg and Co Caribbean denies having made incorrect tax returns. This is according to their lawyer. This week the Public Prosecutor indicated in a press release that the company had accepted their transaction offer of 140,000 guilders.

The Public Prosecution Service suspects the company of incorrect tax filing. Although Meijburg has agreed to the payment, they indicate that this does not mean that they are guilty. They state that they want to avoid years of legal proceedings.
