WILLEMSTAD - Kitten Rescue Curaçao has sterilized 137 cats in a week and a half. Of these, there were 88 females and 49 males. Vets Lenny van Bergen and Francesco Gianni helped with the sterilizations.

The organization provides shelter for motherless kittens, nursing cats, and injured animals. The foundation also supports the socialization of cats and offers space to cats with disabilities or that need special attention.

Several times a year, Kitten Rescue organizes major sterilization campaigns for stray cats and cats of owners with a small budget and supports people in need with the care of their animal, with food, and if necessary sterilization.
