ORANJESTAD - A JetBlue plane had to make an emergency landing in Aruba on Sunday afternoon. There was nothing wrong with the aircraft, but with one of the cabin crew.

The plane was on its way to New York. Just over Santo Domingo, the plane encountered severe turbulence. This was so unexpected that a flight attendant had not yet sat in her seat and fell. She had wounds on her back and legs. The pilot decided to return to Aruba for medical attention.
