WILLEMSTAD - According to prosecutor Ger Rip, former finance minister George Jamaloodin is not the only one who has been involved in organizing the murder of politician Helmin Wiels.

Rip said in court yesterday that the Public Prosecution has been working on the case for six years and that he is assuming that other people will also be brought to justice to stand trial and to answer for their actions.

Yesterday, the Public Prosecution Service demanded 30 years in prison for Jamaloodin, for involvement in planning the assassination of Helmin Wiels in 2013, forgery and appropriating government funding. Today the handling of the case continues.
