WILLEMSTAD - The central theme at IPKO is Venezuela. The meeting with all the parliaments of the Kingdom starts tomorrow in The Hague.

Only Sint Maarten is not included. They are busy with their national budget and did not want to free themselves for the IPKO conference.

The parliamentarians will start tomorrow with a visit to King Willem Alexander and Queen Máxima.
