WILLEMSTAD - Internet provider Flow had to deal with internet problems on Tuesday morning. This had to do with work on the network that had taken place the night before.
Flow subscribers were dealing with internet issues. Subscribers indicated that the internet was constantly down and had to deal with slow internet and/or certain sites did not work. Darianella Brooks, spokesperson for Flow, indicates that the company immediately started working after the first complaints.
At 10:30 a.m., according to Brooks, the internet was stabilizing. At the time, Flow assumed that the internet would improve during the day. At the end of the afternoon it turned out that the malfunction had been completely resolved.
The company took to social media to apologize for the inconvenience to all of their customers.
