WILLEMSTAD - The Sint Elisabeth Hospital (Sehos) is postponing the increase in its new rates for medical procedures for the time being.

Earlier this month there was a commotion about the level of the new rates. The Sehos has announced this after consultation with the Minister of Economic Development. The Sehos has sent a letter to the Curaçao insurance companies.

In it, the hospital says that although it is authorized to set new rates, it is waiting for an agreement on this from the minister.
