Health Inspection withdraws certain bottles of Gaf Plus and Ultra Dolk from sale

WILLEMSTAD - The Health Inspection Service is warning consumers about the natural painkillers Gaf Plus and Ultra Dolk. Gaf Plus with lot number R012MAR24 and expiration date March 2026, and Ultra Dolk with lot number R001ENE24 and expiration date January 2026, have been immediately withdrawn from sale. 

Both products have been found to contain the drug diclofenac, which is not listed on the packaging. Diclofenac can cause gastrointestinal issues, as well as cardiovascular diseases and liver and kidney damage. It is illegal to import and sell unregistered drugs. 

The Health Inspection Service advises consumers to stop using Gaf Plus and Ultra Dolk with the specified lot numbers. The investigation into other potentially contaminated lot numbers is ongoing.
