WILLEMSTAD - Owner Willy Maal will go to court again if the legislation of the underwater park at Oostpunt is not adjusted.

The boundaries included in it are not correct. As a result, the nature protection organization Carmabi receives control over part of Maal’s property. Earlier, the court ruled in his favor on this matter, but the government now uses the same and therefore incorrect drawing.
