WILLEMSTAD - The government must go to the Netherlands to defend the position of Curacao. The Parliament of Curaçao unanimously adopted a motion for this last night.

The Kingdom Council of Ministers wants to give Curacao a budgetary instruction this week because the government has not been able to get the budget in order. The Rhuggenaath government is afraid of the economic consequences of such an instruction and wants to continue investing to get the economy back on track.
