"Gold Summer Bliss in the hands of the government of Curaçao"

WILLEMSTAD - Part of the stolen gold from the Summer Bliss is in the hands of the government of Curaçao. This was reported by the Guyanese newspaper Stabroek News.

On November 30, 2012, masked men in jackets emblazoned with the word "police" boarded the "Summer Bliss" in an early morning assault on Friday and stole 70 gold bars worth an estimated $11.5 million.

A special investigative committee from Guyana that is busy gathering evidence will approach the government of Curaçao to get the gold back.
