WILLEMSTAD - Travelers will soon be able to request their money back more quickly if they cancel their holiday. This is what 16 airlines (including KLM) have agreed with the European Commission, writes news site Nu.nl.

It has also been agreed that passengers will be better informed about the procedure. Vouchers can still be issued, but only if requested by the passenger.

In other cases, a refund must be made. Air Belgium, which also flies to Curaçao, is not one of the 16 airlines.
