Fundashon pa Konsumidó Trains Vanddis Staff in Excellent Customer Service

 

WILLEMSTAD – In July, the Fundashon pa Konsumidó trained approximately 75 employees of Vanddis in the field of excellent customer service. The initiative is part of the foundation’s broader mission to raise service standards in shops and businesses across Curaçao.

The training program, titled “Excellente Service, is designed to help companies build a stronger service-oriented culture. According to the foundation, it is essential that consumers enjoy a positive experience whenever they visit a store.

New Training Program Launched

With the launch of this course, Fundashon pa Konsumidó aims to improve the quality of customer interactions and ensure that businesses can provide service at a consistently high level.
