WILLEMSTAD - The decision has not yet been made officially, but it is the intention that the government will announce this week that there will be a levy of a few cents on the fuel price.

The charge is needed to cover the additional costs incurred by governmental companies Curoil and RdK for the transition period of the refinery. The hope is that the new operator of the refinery, the Klesch Group will take over in April. But the official agreed date is July 1 of this year.
