Flow / UTS promises improvement with new approach to problems

WILLEMSTAD - Good news from Flow / UTS. The company has promised to invest heavily in better and stable telecom and internet connections. Technicians will solve problems all over the island as soon as possible, the telecom company promises.

Danny Macaya, country manager of the telecom company, acknowledges "that some customers have encountered problems with the quality and delivery of services in recent months." To improve the service, the company is therefore launching a new campaign: "Working for you".

Technicians take to the quarters. “Where we find shortcomings, we take concrete action and instruct our technicians to quickly implement all necessary adjustments and improvements for our customers on site,” Macaya said.

Some neighborhoods have already been visited for network maintenance and repair, including Janwé, St. Michiel, Jan Doret, Curasol, (Seru) Fortuna, Kanga, Stenen Koraal and part of Muizenberg. More neighborhoods will follow in the coming weeks.
