WILLEMSTAD - On September 23, the debt collector of the Tax Department visited ENNIA to place a lien in connection with back taxes.

ENNIA says it considers the lien as a misunderstanding. ENNIA and the Tax Department are in conversation about this issue. ENNIA says of course it will pay all the money it owes to the government.

Also, ENNIA clarifies, it is about taxes owed before the emergency regulation imposed by the Central Bank. ENNIA stresses that these conversations with the Tax Department do not influence the pension payment nor claims.
