WILLEMSTAD - The coast guard intercepted a large number of drugs at sea on Saturday. That happened in the early morning four miles from the coast at East point.

On board, there were two men who wanted to quickly throw their cargo overboard when they saw the coast guard.

One package indeed landed in the sea, but the other seven did not. The men have been arrested and handed over to the police, the drugs have been seized.
