WILLEMSTAD - The local airline Divi Divi Air will start flying again on Sint Maarten in April. The scheduled service stopped earlier this month because partner Corendon needed the Boeing 737 in Europe.
There is a shortage of planes after the 737 MAX has disappeared, all of which are on the ground.
The company is in consultation with a new partner to make the flight operational again starting in April. Corendon will return at the end of this year to resume cooperation with Divi Divi.
