WILLEMSTAD - From now on the Civil Registrar’s Office (Kranshi) will supply stamps and seals digitally. The costs will be collected with a new digital cash register system, making stamps and seals superfluous.
In addition, the government agency provides secure paper for official documents, such as deeds and extracts, and other documents with proof that it is official.
Kranshi says it has a six-month transition period for documents not printed on secure paper.
The new system should prevent fraud and contribute to efficient and secure payments. Kranshi hopes to improve the service with this new system.
