WILLEMSTAD - Defense is prepared for any military threat from Venezuela in the direction of Aruba, Curaçao and Bonaire.

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom, Stef Blok in a debate with the House of Representatives this morning. The Dutch parliament is very concerned about the safety of the residents on the ABC islands.

According to Blok, Defense takes into account various scenarios and is prepared for each of them.
