Curaçao Refinery also files a complaint against CPR

WILLEMSTAD - The government company and owner of the refinery installations Refineria di Korsou (RdK) has also filed a complaint at the Public Prosecution Service (OM). The owner of the refinery has filed two complaints related to forged documents provided by negotiating partner Caribbean Petroleum Refinery (CPR).

These would be documents from the new investor. RdK is considering breaking off negotiations with CPR. A final decision has not yet been made.

The central bank, Member of Parliament Rennox Calmes, and politician Elvis de Andrade have already approached the Public Prosecution Service because of the irregularities found in the search for a new operator for the refinery.
