Curaçao faces Grenada again this afternoon; First match ended in 0-0 draw

WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao national football team is set to play its fourth match in the 2024 CONCACAF Nations League this afternoon at 4 PM against Grenada, taking place at a modified cricket stadium in St. Lucia. Last Friday, Curaçao played to a scoreless draw (0-0) against the same Grenada team.

In previous Nations League matches, Curaçao secured a victory over Saint Martin but suffered a defeat against St. Lucia. According to head coach Dick Advocaat, his team needs to secure a win this afternoon. However, they will be without key players Rayvien Rosario and Rangelo Janga due to injuries, and Sherel Floranus is serving a suspension.

In the last match, Advocaat started with players including Joshua Brenet, Leandro Bacuna, Sherel Floranus, and Gervane Kastaneer. In the closing stages, Brandley Kuwas from Volendam came onto the field, but he was unable to make a significant impact.

Curaçao will be looking to improve their standings in the Nations League with a much-needed victory today against Grenada.
