Creditors' agreement not approved

WILLEMSTAD - The judge did not approve the InselAir creditors' agreement. That is clear from the ruling today. The homologation is refused, among other things, if the fulfillment of the agreement is not sufficiently insured. According to the Court of First Instance, its hope for interCaribbean has been secured. "However, the Court considers the security offered by interCaribbean to be inadequate."

The Court of First Instance states that the homologation of the agreement with the securities in the form presented will not be possible.

Superintendent Rogier van den Heuvel has requested not to pronounce the insolvency of InselAir in this judgment. The judge agreed to this request.
