WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA) has signed a Concession and Lease Agreement with IMS Project B.V., in order to operate within the harbor of Willemstad.

IMS Project B.V. is operational in the maritime service sector and its activities consists among others of the mechanical and electronic repair of yachts. IMS Project B.V. will create the necessary synergy with the other existing companies that operate within the harbor, thus fortifying the position of our harbor within the region as one of the main service providing harbors.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Humberto de Castro (CEO of CPA) and Mr. Vicente Gonzalez (Director of IMS Project B.V.). Mr. Raul Manotas (CCO of CPA), Mr. Albert Zwueste (COO of CPA), Mr. Irving Moeniralam (President of the Supervisory Board of Directors of CPA) and the staff of IMS Project B.V., were witness to the signing of the agreement.
