WILLEMSTAD - On Tuesday 26 February 2019, the Court ruled on the appeal against the refusal to approve the InselAir creditors' agreement.

The Court also refused approval (homologation) and confirmed the decision of the first judge.

The takeover candidate interCaribbean has not provided any security for the fulfillment of the creditors' agreement. Tilgent Capital Trust, initially prepared to take over InselAir, has withdrawn. The Court then pronounced the bankruptcy of InselAir International BV.
